The Quintana Roo Cd 0.1 Ultegra Complete Bike comes with more component bang for your buck and less drag per dollar than any other triathlon bike on the market. In fact the only difference between the Ultegra and Dura Ace versions of the cd0.1, other than the build kit, is the paint job. Premium high modulus carbon fiber offers the advantage of stiffness in a light weight super aerodynamic TT frame.


The CDO.1 still comes with the ground breaking Shift Technology and with a few improvements most notably in the high modulus carbon fiber lay up that reduces it's weight by 10 percent over the 2010 model. Having a stiff frame is great, but you need a BB30 bottom bracket to transfer all that power directly through the Ultegra drive train and to the wheels. All the everyday features that helped make previous models a hit are still there. It's easy to travel with on a plane and easily serviced by most bike shops across the country. QR did fantastic, real world research and development on the CD0.1 design. Once built, it is ready to roll and roll fast.

NOTE: The wheels pictured are included with the Race Version of the cd0.1 Ultegra bike. This bike comes with Shimano R500 wheels not pictured.

Features:
  • Shift Technology: While riding, a surge of air is created from behind the front whee and the unprecedented aerodynamics of the CD0.1 enables suction to draw the wind off to the “clean” side (non-drive side) of the bike. Thus, less resistance is created, making you the sleekest rider on the course.
  • In addition to aero shapes throughout the frame and fork, the CD0.1 features a slightly offset downtube. This feature allows the wind to flow naturally from the head tube and front wheel to the clean side (non-drive side) and stream past the rear wheel. After numerous trips to the wind tunnel, this performance enhancing design rewards you with the least amount of drag ever recorded.
