Finish Line Teflon-Plus™ Dry Lube

When Finish Line began experimenting with “dry-style” lubricants in 1987, they recognized the inherent shortcomings of conventional “dry” lubes for the unique and often severe demands of a bicycle. High torque pedaling in conditions ranging from dry deserts to cold stream crossings, requires a lube with exceptional film strength, excellent water resistancy and an ability to not attract contaminants. The lube has to have excellent penetrating abilities. By using synthetic base oils,sub-micron Teflon particles, extreme pressure additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors, a biodegradable penetrant and a proprietary additive to get the entire formula to set up in a dry style film, Finish Line established a new standard for bicycle lubricants. Finish Line’s Teflon-Plus “Dry” Bicycle Lubricant is still, to this day, our most popular lubricant. It is can be used alone, or as a base cote for Cross Country Lube.
