Closeout items are all subject to prior sale. There may be a delay between the time an item sells out and when it is removed from the website. We will contact you if an item cannot be filled on your order in case there is another color or size you would like to substitute.
No additional discounts or offers may be combined with closeout pricing. Because Yahoo! Stores does not distinguish closeout items from normal items, if you do use a discount code for non-closeout items on your order, it will also discount the closeout items. We will adjust those items to the correct price before billing and shipping your order. Please be aware, if you do use a discount code, that your order total will be higher than what is shown on your Yahoo! order confirmation.
Clothing closeouts cannot be returned - ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! All other closeout items can be returned for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. You will be billed for shipping the exchange back to you - this is different from our normal policy, so please take note of this change.
